How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the respective store, go to your subscriptions, and cancel from there. If you need help, email us at support@lipedemaiq.com.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address. You will receive a link to set a new password.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from within the app under Settings. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. If you need further assistance, contact us at support@lipedemaiq.com.

My purchase is not being recognised. What should I do?

Try restoring your purchases from the app's settings screen. If the issue persists, email us at support@lipedemaiq.com with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.
